What to Eat

Our menu changes according to the seasons, its fruits or inclinations.
We like to bring to light ancient traditional flavors but also more innovative recipes that experiment with combinations to make one taste stand out over another. We like to range from meat, to fish, to vegetables, from the typical Tuscan cuisine to the Mediterranean one, because the important thing for us is good food, in all its nuances.
It is essential to always accompany the meal with an excellent wine and for this reason we have a selection of high quality wines for every need and taste.
